Capable of conveying various clean, particulate-containing media at low or high temperatures, including flammable, explosive, toxic, neutral, or highly corrosive substances.

Primarily used in refineries, petrochemical plants, cryogenic engineering, coal chemical plants, chemical fiber production, general industrial processes, power plants, large and medium-sized heating and air conditioning systems, environmental protection projects, offshore industries, and desalination plants.

 

Structure and Performance

Designed and manufactured in accordance with the AP1610 specification, this series of products features the following characteristics:

Structure is safe and reliable, with stable operation;

High cavitation resistance;

Wide performance range with closely spaced flow and head intervals, facilitating user selection.

Highly standardized with excellent interchangeability; impeller and bearing housing components of FZA and FZE series are universally compatible.

The bearing housing can be cooled by air cooling, fan cooling, or water cooling, allowing selection based on different operating temperatures.

Flow Rate Q: 3–2600 m³/h

Head H: 4 to 300 meters

Design pressure P: FZA 2.5 MPa, FZE 5.0 MPa

Design Temperature T: FZA -45°C to +180°C, FZE -80°C to +450°C

Use of materials

The pump’s flow-through components can be selected from materials such as cast iron, stainless steel, duplex steel, and alloy steel based on the characteristics of the medium, ensuring corrosion resistance and wear resistance. Key components utilize precision casting processes to further enhance service life.

Scope of application

This series of products is suitable for conveying clean liquids or liquids containing particles, low-temperature or high-temperature liquids, and neutral or corrosive liquids.
