Description
The high-pressure, high-efficiency rotary jet pump is a cutting-edge technological product and energy-efficient solution developed by integrating aerospace technology principles of pressure-stopping boost with advancements from international counterparts. It incorporates optimized structural designs from both domestic and international sources, making it the simplest, most compact, highest-pressure, and most stable single-stage high-efficiency energy-saving pump currently available in China. In the small-flow, high-lift application field, this pump represents a high-tech replacement for reciprocating pumps, multistage pumps, and high-speed pumps. It is primarily used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, fertilizer, metallurgy, power generation, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, food processing, mining, and carbon black production.

As shown in Figure 1, the rotaryjet pump is essentiallycomposed of a rotatng circular shell, The center ofthe shell isequipped with a fixedwing-shaped collecting tube, namely apitot tube. The liquid enters the shell axially from the center. Atthe outeredge of the shell, the liquid increases its pressure andspeed due to the centrifugal force. The nozzle of the collectingpipe has an opening in the direction of rotation and is placedclose to the outerwall of the shell, which can corvert mos ofthe kinetic energy of the liquid into static pressure. Then, theliquid returns to the center of the pump through the hole in thesupport arm of the collecting pipe and is discharged to thedischarge pipe. The cross section ofthe collecting pipe iswing-shaped, in order to reduce the resistance of thehigh-speed rotating fluid medium, Using this working principle,a relabvely high outlet pressure can be obtained underthesingle-stage action, the pump produces a pulsaton-free liquidflow, and has a stable NPSHR curve in a wide flowrange.
