Chemical Pump BB3
Centrifugal pumps of Class III or higher. The impellers are arranged in a back-to-back configuration to balance axial forces, while the pressure chamber features a double volute design to counteract radial forces. The first stage incorporates a dual-impeller design, making it particularly suitable for low-cavitation applications.
Description
Centrifugal pumps of Class III or higher. The impellers are arranged in a back-to-back configuration to balance axial forces, while the pressure chamber features a double volute design to counteract radial forces. The first stage incorporates a dual-impeller design, making it well-suited for low-cavitation applications. The pump includes replaceable seal rings, and the impellers undergo static and dynamic balancing tests. The product design complies with API 610 standards.
Structure and Performance
Flow: 10–3000 m³/h
Head: ~2500m
Design Pressure: 30MPa
Operating Temperature: -80°C to 200°C
Maximum speed: ~5000 rpm
Use of materials
The pump body and flow-through components are constructed from high-strength steel or stainless steel, while the seals utilize high-quality mechanical seals.
Scope of application
Widely used in refining, chemical processing, offshore platforms, oil pipelines, high-pressure water injection, high-pressure ash water systems, and seawater desalination projects.
