Structure and Performance

Structural Features:

1. Open impeller structure, with corresponding pump casing and pump cover both equipped with replaceable wear plates;

2. The pressure chamber employs radial guide vanes combined with a ring-shaped volute, resulting in more uniform stress distribution across pressure-bearing components.

3. The modular single-face mechanical seal, supplemented by the Plan32 flushing scheme, enhances the pump’s sealing reliability and service life.

4. The large-diameter rigid shaft structure enhances pump reliability and operational stability.

Flow Rate Q: ~1800 m³/h

Head H: ~200m

Design Temperature: 420°C

Design Pressure: 15.0 MPa

Use of materials

1. Impeller, guide vanes: High-wear-resistant alloy Ni-Hard

2. Pump Housing: Martensitic Stainless Steel 06Cr13Ni4Mo

3. Pump shaft: Precipitation-hardened stainless steel 17-4PH

4. Sleeve: Austenitic stainless steel 316L
