This series of pumps is primarily used in industries and fields such as refineries, petrochemical plants, cryogenic engineering, coal chemical plants, power plants, environmental protection projects, sewage treatment, and cement plants. They are suitable for conveying media such as circulating water and wastewater in chemical processes.
This series of pumps features a horizontal, radially split, single-stage or two-stage (three-stage or four-stage available for special applications), centerline-mounted, double-supported configuration.
Centrifugal pumps of Class III or higher. The impellers are arranged in a back-to-back configuration to balance axial forces, while the pressure chamber features a double volute design to counteract radial forces. The first stage incorporates a dual-impeller design, making it particularly suitable for low-cavitation applications.
This series of pumps features a modular design with interchangeable components. The standard configuration includes various hydraulic, bearing, and seal arrangements, as well as different materials. Maximum operating pressures are 18.0 and 27.0 MPa respectively.
The double volute casing balances radial forces, while the guide vane structure balances radial forces at low flow rates. The internal pump temperature distribution becomes more uniform and symmetrical, enhancing the overall rigidity of the core assembly under high-temperature conditions. The core assembly can be designed with a horizontal split configuration, facilitating maintenance.
Products cover gasification, ash water, shift, purification, synthesis, sulfur recovery, and tank farm segments in coal chemical, coal liquefaction, coal-to-hydrogen, coal-to-methanol, coal-to-olefins, coal gasification, synthetic ammonia, and petrochemical plants. They are designed for high-temperature, high-pressure, low-cavitation, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant medium transportation.
The high-pressure, high-efficiency rotary jet pump is a cutting-edge technological product and energy-efficient solution developed by integrating aerospace technology principles of pressure-holding and pressure-boosting with domestic application requirements. Building upon the scientific achievements of similar foreign products, it employs optimized structural designs from both domestic and international sources. To date, it stands as China’s simplest, most compact, highest-pressure, and most stable single-stage high-efficiency, high-pressure energy-saving pump.
This series of pumps consists of single-stage, single-suction, radially split vertical pipeline centrifugal pumps designed and manufactured in compliance with AP1610 standards. The pump structure conforms to the AP1610 OH3 pump type; the OH3 vertical pipeline pump is a single-stage cantilevered vertical pipeline pump with an independent bearing frame. Axial forces in this series are balanced by the wear rings at the front and rear of the impeller and balancing holes, while residual axial forces are absorbed by thrust bearings in the bearing housing. The bearings are grease-lubricated. The motor is mounted on a bracket integrated with the pump. The pump and drive unit are connected via an extended flexible coupling. The rotation direction of this pump series, viewed from the motor end downward, is clockwise. The discharge and suction ports of the OH3 series pumps share the same horizontal centerline, resulting in a compact footprint and convenient installation.
Highly cavitation-resistant vertical canned motor pumps are particularly well-suited for operating conditions with low net positive suction head (NPSH). Their design ensures reliable suction performance, making them highly suitable for demanding process applications.
