The pump body, impeller, and pump cover of this series are manufactured using either lined or monolithic core casting. All components in contact with the medium are made of silicon carbide composite ceramic material. This material is suitable for any environment with a pH range of 1 to 14, is not restricted by chloride or fluoride concentrations in the slurry, and exhibits exceptional wear and corrosion resistance.
This series of pumps is manufactured using a carbon-nitrogen sintering process, with all parts in contact with the medium made from solid silicon carbide ceramic. The pumps feature high efficiency, stable operation, high reliability, and extended service life, while also enhancing impact resistance. They have been successfully applied in stage one mill pumps.
