Description

This series of pumps is manufactured using a carbon-nitride sintering process, with all parts in contact with the medium made of solid silicon carbide ceramic. The pumps feature high efficiency, stable operation, high reliability, and extended service life, while also enhancing impact resistance. They have been successfully applied in primary mill pumps. Widely used in mining, metallurgy, power generation, coal, chemical, building materials desulfurization, hydrometallurgy, phosphate chemicals, alumina, and other industries, these pumps convey corrosive and abrasive slurries containing solid particles. Applications include power plant ash slurry conveyance, coal slurry transport, metallurgical ore slurry transfer, coal washing plant coal slurry and heavy medium conveyance, etc. Maximum weight concentration of solid-liquid mixtures: 45% for ash slurry, 60% for ore slurry.

Structure and Performance

Exceptional Wear and Corrosion Resistance:
Silicon carbide material boasts high hardness (Mohs hardness 9), second only to diamond, delivering outstanding wear resistance and corrosion resistance.
The pump’s flow-through components utilize silicon carbide ceramics, offering a service life 3-6 times longer than traditional alloy pumps.
High Efficiency & Energy Savings:
Features internationally advanced hydraulic model design and optimized banana-shaped blade structure, ensuring high efficiency and low energy consumption.
Efficiency remains stable even after impeller wear, maintaining high-efficiency operation over extended periods.
Modular Design:
The pump body features a split-case structure for easy installation and maintenance.
Highly standardized components ensure strong interchangeability and low maintenance costs.
Rational structure, convenient maintenance:
The pump shaft employs a dry-type design, avoiding contact with slurry to prevent corrosion.
An axial adjustment mechanism ensures the pump consistently operates at its peak efficiency point.
High reliability:
The pump’s mechanical seal and bracket assembly are fully interchangeable with metal pumps, ensuring high reliability.
Can be used in multi-stage series configurations to meet high-head requirements.

Use of materials

Silicon carbide materials are suitable for any environment with a pH range of 1 to 14, unaffected by chloride and fluoride concentrations in slurries, and exhibit strong resistance to abrasion and corrosion.
