Slurry Circulation Pump (OH2)

The SDP series wear-resistant pumps are available in multiple configurations, including the SDP-ZM front-opening slurry pump (with front and rear wear-resistant liners), SDP-ZJ single-volute slurry pump, GLZ double-volute slurry pump, and LJYA vertical slurry pump.

Description

The SDP series wear-resistant pumps include multiple configurations such as the SDP-ZM front-opening slurry pump (with front and rear wear-resistant liners), SDP-ZJ single-volute slurry pump, GLZ double-volute slurry pump, and LJYA vertical slurry pump. They are primarily used for conveying wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials in industries including steel, non-ferrous metallurgy, mining, coal chemical, and petroleum/petrochemical.

Structure and Performance

Wear and Corrosion Resistance: The pump body, impeller, and other flow-through components are constructed from high-performance alloy materials or feature lining designs, such as 2606N and CR30A, effectively resisting corrosion and wear.
High Efficiency & Energy Saving:
Optimized hydraulic design ensures high efficiency and low energy consumption.
Modular Design:
Pump components of different specifications (such as shafts, pump covers, seal rings, mechanical seals, etc.) feature high interchangeability, facilitating maintenance and replacement.
High Reliability:
Robust pump body construction with forged components enhances overall strength and minimizes vibration.
Adaptability:
Capable of operating under complex conditions including high inlet pressure, elevated temperatures, and high concentrations of solid particles.

Use of materials

Materials include duplex stainless steels: 2205, CD4MCu, 2605N, 2507, etc.; Ni-hard alloys; high-chromium alloys Cr26, Cr28, Cr30; and non-metallic silicon carbide materials. These are suitable for conveying various neutral or corrosive media containing particles at ambient or elevated temperatures.

Scope of application

Thermal Power Plants:
Used in flue gas desulfurization systems for circulating slurries such as limestone slurry and gypsum slurry.
Chemical Industry:
Suitable for conveying corrosive media containing solid particles, such as calcium chloride and phosphoric acid.
Environmental Engineering:
Used in wastewater treatment, seawater desalination, etc.
Mining and Metallurgy:
Used for conveying mineral slurry, tailings slurry, etc.
