Self-priming multistage pump

Self-priming single-stage/multi-stage centrifugal pump with shaft seal assembly.

Description

This is a self-priming single-stage/multi-stage centrifugal pump equipped with a shaft seal assembly. Its air-venting function utilizes the side-channel pump principle. Upon pump startup, the liquid inside the pump mixes with air in the suction pipe to form a gas-liquid mixture, which is expelled through the venting device at the discharge port. The venting section is positioned on the pressure side to ensure complete removal of gas from both the suction pipe and pump casing. The suction end features a spiral-shaped The impeller inlet cross-sectional area is enlarged to reduce the required net positive suction head (NPSH). Axial thrust compensation is achieved through pressure relief holes and throttling gaps to balance axial forces. Wear rings are fitted on both the suction and discharge sides. The pump shaft bearings consist of cylindrical roller bearings and double-row angular contact ball bearings. The pump can operate in either direction (left-hand or right-hand rotation).
