Structure and Performance
The pump body features an optimized volute casing design, with a specially engineered impeller and a high-pressure inlet that accommodates demanding high-pressure delivery conditions. It operates smoothly with low noise, boasts a compact structure, and offers easy maintenance, ensuring efficient performance in complex operating environments.
Flow range: 3 to 2600 m³/h; Head range: 4 to 250 m; Operating temperature: -80°C to 450°C; Operating pressure: Up to 5.0 MPa.
Use of materials
The pump body and flow-through components are constructed from premium stainless steel or carbon steel, while the seals utilize high-quality mechanical seals. This ensures long-term stable operation under high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive media conditions. The material selection accommodates diverse complex operating conditions.
