Description

The shielded pump integrates a centrifugal pump with a three-phase AC motor, where the flow-through components are directly connected to the drive motor shaft to form the rotor assembly. The shielding sleeve is embedded within the stator to isolate the rotor cavity from the stator cavity, achieving complete leak-free operation.

The Hastelloy® stator shield sleeve is manufactured using specialized processes, ensuring high precision, superior quality, and freedom from welding defects. It exhibits high magnetic permeability and strong corrosion resistance. The sliding bearing material utilizes crystalline silicon carbide (SSIC SiC30), offering high strength, excellent wear resistance, and superior corrosion resistance. Its service life exceeds that of graphite bearings by more than tenfold. The shielded motor is a three-phase squirrel-cage induction motor with high efficiency, IP55 protection rating, and explosion-proof rating dellCT3-T5. This pump series features a simple and compact structure, convenient installation and maintenance, automatic hydraulic balancing of axial forces, low noise, high safety and reliability, and low total operating costs.
