Energy-saving hot water pumps are suitable for applications involving the pumping of hot water or thermal oil through piping or tank systems, particularly in medium-to-large heating systems, forced-circulation boilers, furnace gasification cooling systems, solar thermal carrier circulation pumps, district heating systems, and similar setups. The sealed chamber is cooled by heat sinks and ambient air, eliminating the need for dedicated external cooling equipment.

Description

Energy-saving hot water pumps are suitable for applications involving the pumping of hot water or thermal oil through piping or tank systems, particularly in medium-to-large heating systems, forced-circulation boilers, furnace gasification cooling systems, solar thermal carrier circulation pumps, district heating systems, and similar setups. The sealed chamber is cooled by heat sinks and ambient air, eliminating the need for dedicated external cooling equipment.

Design Features:

The motor side employs rolling bearings lubricated with grease or thin oil. Air-cooled radial bearings utilize carbon-based sliding bearings with self-aligning capability, achieving self-lubrication through the medium. Mechanical seals are typically used. The pump utilizes air cooling with a temperature limit of 230°C.
