Description

The SDP End-Suction Multistage Pump is a high-head multistage centrifugal pump developed and manufactured for applications including power plant chemical water treatment, brackish water desalination, special membrane separation concentration and recovery of high-salinity media, membrane treatment of various waste acids, reclaimed water reuse, boiler feedwater, and long-distance brine transportation. It achieves a maximum head of up to 800 meters and is designed for a pressure rating of 10 MPa. The SDP end-suction multistage pump employs an advanced hydraulic model, delivering high efficiency, reliable operation, and extended service life. It operates with low noise and minimal vibration. Subsequent operational costs are low, maintenance is convenient, and component replacement is straightforward. The wetted parts are constructed from materials such as austenitic stainless steel, duplex stainless steel, Hastelloy, and titanium alloys. All these components are precision-cast using advanced casting techniques.

Structure and Performance

High Efficiency & Energy Savings: Hydraulic simulation-optimized design achieves efficiency meeting energy-saving standards. Compact Structure: Integrated compact design facilitates installation and maintenance.
Easy Maintenance: Pull-out design allows servicing without disassembling the pump body or piping.
Low Net Positive Suction Head (NPSH): Optimized inlet flow path design in select models enhances suction performance, reduces noise, and prevents cavitation.
Versatile Materials: Pump bodies typically feature cast iron or stainless steel construction, with impeller options including bronze or stainless steel to accommodate diverse media.
