The hot oil pump is the third-generation product developed by our factory based on the digestion and absorption of foreign oil pump technologies. Its fundamental structural configuration features a single-stage, single-suction cantilevered foot-supported design. The pump incorporates an axial suction inlet and a centrally vertical upward discharge, with the motor mounted on the same base.
Description
The hot oil pump is our factory’s third-generation product developed through the assimilation and adaptation of foreign oil pump technologies. Its fundamental structure features a single-stage, single-suction cantilevered foot-supported design. The pump incorporates axial suction at the inlet and a vertically upward discharge at the center, with the motor mounted on the same base.
The support structure of the thermal oil pump employs a double-ended ball bearing configuration, with the front end lubricated by oil and the rear end lubricated by grease. A central oil guide pipe facilitates continuous monitoring of seal integrity and recovery of thermal oil. Utilizing a natural cooling design that replaces traditional water-cooling systems, this configuration offers simplified construction, compact dimensions, low operating costs, stable performance, and reliable operation.
Structure and Performance
The new high-efficiency thermal oil pump features a single-stage, single-suction cantilevered structure. Its transmission components employ a heavy-duty design with double-ended ball bearings, utilizing a combination of sliding and rolling bearings. The sliding bearings are lubricated by the conveyed medium itself, while the rolling bearings receive grease lubrication and bear the residual axial forces. The pump employs a self-cooling heat dissipation structure, enabling it to convey high-temperature thermal oil media up to 350°C (higher temperatures are available with our other designated products). Compared to water-cooled or other external cooling methods, this design offers simplicity, safety, reliability, ease of maintenance, and low operating costs. A specialized throttling device ensures the mechanical seal and bearings function properly during high-temperature media transfer. The pump operates with low noise, minimal vibration, smooth running, and extended service life.
