The leak-free magnetic drive pump is a standard petrochemical process pump designed in accordance with the latest API 685 standard. As a type of zero-leakage, fully sealed pump, it operates by utilizing the mutual magnetic force generated between permanent magnets for non-contact power transmission. This eliminates the dynamic seal structure required in conventional pumps, where the shaft extends into the pressurized pump chamber. It features zero leakage, a simple structure, low vibration and noise, easy maintenance, and high reliability.
