Titanium Axial Flow Pump


This series of pumps are high-flow, low-head chemical axial flow pumps, primarily used in forced circulation systems such as evaporation, concentration, flash evaporation, and cooling.

This series of pumps features three configurations: horizontal bent-tube type, rear-pull three-way type, and vertical axial flow type. Featuring a modular double-ended mechanical seal, transmission options include direct coupling via flexible couplings, belt drives, universal joint drives with gear reducers, and hydraulic coupling drives. Wetted materials encompass 304, 316L, 2205, 2507, 904L, Hastelloy series, Monel series, and titanium series.

1. Chemical Industry

Evaporation crystallization: Used for forced circulation in evaporation crystallizers for phosphoric acid, ammonium phosphate, ammonium chloride, calcium chloride, and similar substances.

Chemical Reaction: Serves as a circulation pump within the chemical reactor to ensure uniform mixing of the reaction medium.

2. Salt and Alkali Production

Vacuum salt production: Forced circulation in NaCl evaporation crystallizers.

Diaphragm-type caustic soda: Used for forced circulation in evaporators of caustic soda solutions containing NaCl.

3. Nonferrous Metals and Metallurgy

Alumina Production: For forced circulation in sodium aluminate solution evaporators.

Hydrometallurgy: Forced circulation in evaporative crystallizers used in the production of copper sulfate, nickel sulfate, and similar compounds.

4. Paper and Sugar Manufacturing

Paper Mill Black Liquor Treatment: For forced circulation in paper mill black liquor concentrators.

Sugar Evaporation: Used for forced circulation during the evaporation process of sugar syrup.

Seawater Desalination: Circulation pumps used in seawater desalination systems.

Wastewater Treatment: For advanced treatment and evaporation crystallization of saline wastewater.
