Swirl-Type Gas-Solid-Liquid Mixed-Flow Pump
Hydraulic Design: Features a vortex-type hydraulic system specifically engineered for conveying high solids content and long fibers. The impeller is concealed at the rear, creating a spacious flow passage to ensure clog-free operation. Wear on hydraulic components has minimal impact on performance.
Gentle Conveyance: Most solids are discharged directly through the pump inlet under the centrifugal force generated by the impeller’s vortex rotation, bypassing the impeller passages. This minimizes damage to conveyed solids while reducing wear on the impeller and pump casing flow surfaces, extending service life.
Bearing Housing: Designed per API 610 standards with thin-oil lubrication. Features auxiliary vanes on the impeller to balance axial forces, ensuring overall structural rigidity, shaft stiffness, and strength to meet high reliability requirements.
Shaft Seal Configuration: Utilizes a cartridge mechanical seal conforming to API 682 standard dimensions with a corresponding seal flushing system. The standard Plan 32 flushing scheme is adopted. The internal clearance formed by the throat bushing prevents solid ingress into the seal chamber while reducing seal flushing water consumption. This design offers high reliability and convenient maintenance.
Flow rate: ≤800 m³/h
H:≤80m

The slurry vortex pump features a vortex-type design with a concealed impeller structure, ensuring unobstructed flow channels within the pump body. It enables clog-free conveyance of solid-liquid two-phase mixtures containing large particles, long fibers, slurries, and contaminants, and is also suitable for transporting solid-liquid-gas three-phase mixtures with a certain gas content. It finds extensive application in industries such as synthetic rubber production, polymerization, pulp and paper manufacturing, metallurgy, and wastewater treatment.
