Single-Stage Long-Shaft Sulfur Pump (VS4)

The high-temperature sulfur pump features a novel jacketed insulated centrifugal pump structure, available in single-stage or multi-stage impeller configurations with lengths up to 15 meters. It is suitable for conveying liquid sulfur at temperatures ranging from 130°C to 158°C, modified liquid sulfur up to 440°C, and various neutral or corrosive media requiring temperature-controlled transport. The pump offers a broad performance range, Customers may select any specification within this range. For special requirements, pumps can be custom-designed and manufactured. This pump is primarily used in chemical industries, petroleum, refining, acid production, sulfur recovery, and related facilities.

High Efficiency and Energy Saving:
Adopts a volute casing structure with an independently side-mounted discharge pipe, minimizing hydraulic losses and ensuring high efficiency.
Optimized hydraulic design guarantees low-energy consumption operation.
High Corrosion Resistance:
The pump body and impeller are constructed from corrosion-resistant materials, suitable for conveying corrosive media.
Excellent Sealing Performance:
The shaft seal does not contact the pumped medium, eliminating dynamic seal leakage points. Labyrinth seals or packing seals are employed.
Reliable structure:
Features a flexible shaft design with multi-point support structure, enabling a maximum insertion depth of 15 meters.
The pump shaft is supported by both rolling bearings and sliding bearings, ensuring smooth operation.
Easy maintenance:
High part interchangeability, minimal spare parts requirements, and straightforward repairs.
Modular design facilitates future maintenance.
High adaptability:
Configurable with self-flushing, external flushing, and other options, suitable for clean or contaminated media.

Petrochemical Industry:
Used for conveying concentrated sulfuric acid, sulfur, and similar media.
Suitable for drying and absorption circulation systems, as well as transporting finished concentrated sulfuric acid.
Sulfur Recovery:
Used for media conveyance within sulfur recovery units.
Environmental Engineering:
Used for sewage treatment and industrial wastewater conveyance.
Power Plants:
Used for conveying slurries containing particulates.
Cement Plants:
Used for conveying slurries or corrosive media.
