Silicon Carbide Metallurgical Pump

The pump body, impeller, and pump cover of this series are manufactured using either lined or monolithic core casting. All components in contact with the medium are made of silicon carbide composite ceramic material. This material is suitable for any environment with a pH range of 1-14, is not restricted by chloride or fluoride concentrations in slurries, and exhibits strong wear and corrosion resistance. The lining process employs innovative silicon carbide ceramic vacuum casting technology, ensuring strong bonding between the metal skeleton and composite material while providing impact resistance. A large conical space between the impeller and pump cover effectively prevents solid-phase media from entering the shaft seal, extending its service life. This pump features corrosion resistance, wear resistance, easy maintenance, reliable operation, long service life, and excellent cost-effectiveness. It is suitable for conveying corrosive and abrasive slurries containing solid particles, finding extensive application in desulfurization, hydrometallurgy, phosphorus chemical processing, alumina production, and other industries.

The silicon carbide composite wear-resistant pump features a split-body design for easy installation and maintenance. Critical flow-path components utilize silicon carbide composite materials bonded to a high-strength metal matrix, delivering both wear resistance and impact toughness. The impeller employs an optimized hydraulic design to ensure efficient operation.

This pump exhibits exceptional wear resistance, exceeding that of high-chromium wear-resistant steel by more than 3.5 times. It demonstrates outstanding corrosion resistance, capable of withstanding various acidic and alkaline media. Operating with high efficiency and long-term stability, it is suitable for conveying high-temperature, high-concentration slurries. It features a long service life and low maintenance costs.

Flow range: 5 m³/h to 16,000 m³/h

Head range: 2m to 80m

Bore Range: 25mm to 900mm

Medium temperature: Up to 120°C

Silicon carbide materials are suitable for any environment with a pH range of 1 to 14, unaffected by chloride and fluoride concentrations in slurries, and exhibit strong resistance to abrasion and corrosion.

Widely used in complex operating conditions across mining, metallurgy, chemical, and power industries, it is particularly suitable for conveying corrosive and abrasive slurries containing solid particles, such as ash slurry, ore slurry, and chemical slurry.
