Model description
BT600MH is a medium-flow digital transmission peristaltic pump. It features liquid volume calibration and a drive unit that displays flow rate, making it simple and convenient to operate. With bidirectional high torque and a low-power motor, it also offers power-off memory and the ability to cascade multiple pump heads. It is suitable for laboratory use and small-batch production.
External Control Function:
Multiple external control modes are available: communication mode and analog mode. It supports RS485 / MODBUS communication protocols and analog control (0–5V, 0–10V, 4–20mA, etc.), as well as foot pedal control. Custom communication protocol services are also provided.Memory Function:
Data is stored immediately after a power failure. When power is restored, the pump can recall the control parameters from before the outage, ensuring safe and reliable operation.Calibration Function:
Flow calibration: After setting the target flow rate, input the actual flow value, and the system automatically performs flow calibration to ensure accuracy. This is suitable for high-precision quantitative fluid transfer.Full-Speed Function:
One-touch full-speed operation allows for quick cleaning, filling, or emptying.Backflow (Dispensing) Function:
After the pump stops, it can be set to reverse operation for a customizable duration to prevent liquid dripping. By adjusting the backflow angle and speed, high-precision dispensing and metering can be achieved.Multi-Compatible Pump Heads:
Equipped with a bidirectional high-torque, low-power motor, it can be fitted with a variety of pump heads: YZ series, DG series, BZ series, and TX315 pump heads. Depending on the customer’s application, multiple pump heads can be connected in series to meet different flow rate requirements.
