High-Temperature Concentrated Sulfuric Acid Pump
This series of pumps is suitable for drying and absorption cycles in sulfuric acid production, as well as for conveying finished concentrated sulfuric acid. They are designed for temperatures ≤110°C and sulfuric acid concentrations ranging from 93% to 98%. Building upon this foundation, we have also developed pumps for 104% to 105% fuming sulfuric acid. These pumps incorporate dry gas seals at the packing area to prevent the upward migration of SO₃ gas.
Description
This series of pumps is suitable for drying and absorption circulation systems in sulfuric acid production, as well as for conveying finished concentrated sulfuric acid. They are designed for temperatures t ≤ 110°C and sulfuric acid concentrations ranging from 93% to 98%. Building upon this foundation, we have also developed pumps for 104% to 105% fuming sulfuric acid. These feature dry gas seals installed at the packing area to prevent the upward leakage of SO₃ gas. Furthermore, to support and adapt to domestically produced HRS low-temperature waste heat recovery systems, our company has successfully developed ultra-high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid pumps specifically for HRS systems, capable of handling temperatures ranging from 190°C to 220°C. These pumps utilize our patented secondary convection energy-saving air cooling technology, ensuring bearings operate unaffected by heat conduction from high-temperature media. Furthermore, our company maintains a joint material R&D facility with the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences, enabling us to provide customers with pumps, pipes, plates, castings, forgings, and related products made from various acid-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy materials such as 20# alloy, 20CB3, 310S, 904L, SS920, C8, and 310S, 904L, SS920, C8, high-silicon stainless steel, and other acid-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy materials for pumps, pipes, plates, castings, forgings, and related material products. We also undertake the development of materials and pumps for special operating conditions and requirements.
Use of materials
Our company has established a joint materials R&D center with the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. We provide customers with pumps, pipes, plates, castings, forgings, and related products made from various acid-resistant and corrosion-resistant alloy materials, including 20# alloy, 20CB3, 310S, 904L, SS920, C8, and high-silicon stainless steel. We also undertake the development of pumps requiring special materials and specifications for demanding operating conditions.
