Chemical Seawater Lift Pump
Vertical mixed-flow pumps are high-flow, low-head products suitable for power plants, steel mills, water utilities, wastewater treatment plants, petrochemical facilities, mining operations, and other industrial and mining enterprises. They are also ideal for municipal water supply and drainage projects, agricultural irrigation, flood control, and drainage systems.
Description
Vertical mixed-flow pumps are high-flow, low-head products suitable for power plants, steel mills, water utilities, wastewater treatment plants, petrochemical facilities, mining operations, and other industrial and mining enterprises. They are also ideal for municipal water supply and drainage projects, agricultural irrigation, flood control, and drainage systems. These pumps can convey clean water, rainwater, sump water, sewage, and seawater at temperatures below 55°C.
Structure and Performance
1. Smooth operation, safe and reliable, vacuum-free startup, and extended service life.
2. Compact pump design minimizes foundation footprint, with adjustable pump length below the foundation for enhanced adaptability.
3. Simple and reliable flow path design reduces pump station infrastructure investment.
4. Rational structure, easy to assemble and disassemble, with simple and convenient maintenance and inspection.
5. High pump efficiency reduces operating costs.
6. High degree of standardization with strong interchangeability of components.
Flow Rate Q: 600–70,000 m³/h
