Petrochemical Process Pumps

This series of pumps are petrochemical process pumps designed in accordance with API 610 specifications. They are single-stage, horizontal, radially split volute pumps with foot-supported casings. Featuring a single-suction radial impeller, they employ axial suction and radial discharge. Hydraulic balance is achieved through front and rear wear rings and balance holes, tailored to operating conditions. The stuffing box incorporates cooling or heating pipe connections. The shaft seal employs a cartridge-type single-face or double-face seal, complete with a cooling flush or seal system. Seal piping is designed per API specifications. The rated pressure class for both suction and discharge flanges is identical. Viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.

This pump is a single-stage, horizontal, radially split volute casing pump with a foot-supported pump body. It features a single-suction radial impeller, axial suction, and radial discharge.

Hydraulic balancing is achieved using front and rear wear rings along with balancing holes, depending on operating conditions. The stuffing box features cooling or heating pipe connections. The shaft seal employs a packing seal, though single-end or double-end mechanical seals may also be used. It is equipped with a cooling flush or sealing system.

Standard piping is designed in accordance with API specifications.

The inlet and outlet pipe flanges have the same rated pressure class.

From the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.
