OH2 Inlet High-Pressure Process Pump
This series of pumps consists of horizontal single-stage petrochemical process pumps designed to API 610 standards. Featuring a high degree of standardization, basic components across different pump specifications within the series are interchangeable. With nearly 50 specifications and 9 sizes of universal bearing assemblies covering 4 pressure rating ranges, these pumps are widely applicable to various demanding industrial processes.
The pump body features an optimized volute casing design, with a specially engineered impeller and a high-pressure inlet that accommodates demanding high-pressure delivery conditions. It operates smoothly with low noise, boasts a compact structure, and offers easy maintenance, ensuring efficient performance in complex operating environments.
Flow range: 3 to 2600 m³/h; Head range: 4 to 250 m; Operating temperature: -80°C to 450°C; Operating pressure: Up to 5.0 MPa.
The pump body and flow-through components are constructed from high-quality stainless steel or carbon steel, while the seals utilize premium mechanical seals. This ensures long-term stable operation under high temperatures, high pressures, and corrosive media. The material selection accommodates diverse complex operating conditions.
