New High-Efficiency Thermal Oil Pump


The hot oil pump is our factory’s third-generation product developed by assimilating and refining foreign oil pump technologies. Its fundamental structure features a single-stage, single-suction cantilevered foot-supported design. The pump’s inlet is axially suctioned, while the outlet is centrally vertical upward. Both the pump and motor are mounted on a single base.
The pump employs a dual-end ball bearing support system, with the front end lubricated by oil and the rear end by grease. An intermediate oil guide pipe facilitates real-time seal condition monitoring and heat transfer oil recovery. Utilizing a natural cooling structure instead of traditional water cooling, it achieves simplified design, compact size, low operating costs, stable performance, and reliable operation.

The new high-efficiency thermal oil pump features a single-stage, single-suction cantilevered structure. Its transmission components employ a heavy-duty design with double-ended ball bearings, utilizing a combination of sliding and rolling bearings. The sliding bearings are lubricated by the conveyed medium itself, while the rolling bearings receive grease lubrication and bear the residual axial forces. The pump employs a self-cooling heat dissipation structure, enabling it to convey high-temperature thermal oil media up to 350°C (higher temperatures are available with our other designated products). Compared to water-cooled or other external cooling methods, this design offers simplicity, safety, reliability, ease of maintenance, and low operating costs. A specialized throttling device ensures the mechanical seal and bearings function properly during high-temperature media transfer. The pump operates with low noise, minimal vibration, smooth running, and extended service life.
