Low-Flow High-Head Process Pump (OH2 Configuration)

This series of pumps are petrochemical process pumps designed in accordance with API 610 specifications. The pump is a single-stage, horizontal, radially split volute casing pump with a foot-supported pump body. It features a single-suction radial impeller with axial suction and radial discharge. Hydraulic balance is achieved using front and rear wear rings and balance holes, depending on operating conditions. The stuffing box incorporates cooling or heating pipe connections. The shaft seal employs a cartridge-type single-face or double-face seal, complete with a cooling flush or seal system. Seal piping is designed per API specifications. The rated pressure class for both suction and discharge flanges is identical. Viewed from the motor end, the pump rotates clockwise.

Flow rate: 0.8–12 m³/h; Head: 15–130 m; Operating temperature: -40°C to 450°C; Operating pressure: Up to 2.5 MPa.

The pump body and flow-through components are constructed from stainless steel or carbon steel, while high-quality mechanical seals are employed to ensure reliability under complex operating conditions.
