Insulated Urea Pump

The third-generation molten urea pump is a single-stage, single-suction cantilever centrifugal pump. It is suitable for conveying molten urea solution in fertilizer plants and can also be used to transport other corrosive liquids free of suspended particulates. The permissible medium temperature ranges from -20°C to 180°C. The pump features horizontal axial suction and radial top discharge. An insulating jacket is fitted to the front of the pump, with a double-walled jacket capable of steam insulation at 0.59 MPa and 170°C. Users may select different materials based on the corrosiveness of the conveyed medium. Models and flow rates/heads are adjustable.

Compliant with ISO 2858/GB/T 5656 design standards

Flow range: 1.6–460 m³/h

Head range: 5–132 m

Design pressure: Up to 2.5 MPa

Operating Temperature Range: -40°C to 180°C

Capable of conveying various clean or particulate-laden media, neutral or corrosive substances, and materials requiring insulation or heat tracing. Primarily used in the chemical and petroleum industries, fertilizer production, molten urea handling, liquid sulfur transportation, tank truck unloading, and organic material transfer projects.
