This series of pumps employs our patented dynamic pressure liquid film support technology in its rotor design: utilizing deformation coordination and torque balancing techniques to analyze bearing loads under statically indeterminate support conditions, ensuring rotor components operate under liquid film support. Simultaneously, the sliding bearing material utilizes NH-8 high-temperature self-lubricating wear-resistant alloy, jointly developed by our company and the Institute of Metal Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences. This extends the product’s service life and operational cycle. Furthermore, the innovative cavity design concept, secondary convection air cooling structure, and specialized heat-blocking devices enhance and guarantee the efficiency, reliability, and performance of this pump series while delivering greater energy savings.
