High-Temperature, High-Pressure Pump
A heavy-duty chemical centrifugal pump featuring high-temperature resistance, high-pressure resistance, and wear resistance, compliant with the AP1610 design specification. This product incorporates the technical characteristics of gasification pumps while leveraging our company’s material expertise, utilizing PHCAD hydraulic design software. This product is widely applicable for ash water circulation in gasification units such as Texaco, Shell, Tsinghua, and Aerospace reactors, as well as for high-temperature, high-pressure, and abrasion-resistant conditions in fertilizer, coal chemical, and petrochemical industries.
This product is suitable for long-term operation under conditions including inlet pressure <8.5MPa, flow rate ~1600m³/h, head ~300m, temperature ~300℃, and solid content in the conveyed medium below 20%. Material selection can be appropriately adjusted based on specific operating conditions to meet diverse application requirements.
The pressure-bearing components are constructed from materials with excellent casting properties and high strength, lined with highly wear-resistant plates to enhance pump durability. Depending on specific operating conditions, options such as AP1682, PLAN32, PLAN23+62, or PLAN54 can be selected to ensure reliable sealing. The integrated multi-row bearing arrangement effectively withstands axial forces generated by high inlet pressures.

The materials for pump bodies and other fluid-contacting components may be selected based on specific operating conditions, such as 06Cr13Ni4Mo or Ni-Hard. A wear-resistant cobalt-based alloy coating may be applied to the flow passages to enhance their service life.
The impeller and pump casing lining utilize Ni-Hard wear-resistant alloy or other alloy materials, while the main shaft employs high-strength precipitation-hardened stainless steel for high-temperature operating conditions.
Suitable for conveying various clean or particulate-laden, neutral or corrosive, ambient or high-temperature media. Primarily used in coal chemical processing, coal liquefaction, coal-based hydrogen production, coal-to-methanol, coal-to-olefins, coal gasification, synthetic ammonia, and petroleum/petrochemical gasification segments for high-temperature, high-pressure, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant slurry media transportation.
