High-Efficiency Energy-Saving High-Temperature Molten Salt Pump


The pump’s design and material selection fully address material strength, corrosion, wear, heat resistance, thermal conductivity, cooling, and lubrication issues under high-flow, high-head, and high-temperature conditions. Incorporating a novel cavity design concept, secondary convection air cooling structure, specialized heat shielding devices, and a reliable lubrication system, this pump series achieves enhanced efficiency, reliability, performance, and greater energy savings. We offer molten salt pumps tailored to specific requirements, including temperature ratings of ≤300°C, ≤600°C, and ≤850°C. These pumps can reach lengths up to 18 meters and deliver head up to 350 meters. Multiple materials for wetted components are available to handle diverse high-temperature media, including nitrates, carbonates, fluorides, and more.
