
Gasification Wear-Resistant Pump (OH1/OH2)
Products cover gasification, ash water, shift, purification, synthesis, sulfur recovery, and tank farm segments in coal chemical, coal liquefaction, coal-to-hydrogen, coal-to-methanol, coal-to-olefins, coal gasification, synthetic ammonia, and petrochemical plants. They are designed for high-temperature, high-pressure, low-cavitation, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant medium transportation.
The pump features a radially split double-layer casing design, with an inner layer made of high-hardness wear-resistant material and an outer layer constructed from high-strength steel. The impeller employs an optimized design, delivering high efficiency and low cavitation performance, ensuring smooth operation and convenient maintenance.

The outer casing is constructed from high-strength steel, while the inner casing and impeller utilize high-chromium wear-resistant alloy or nickel-based hard alloy. Sealing components employ silicon carbide or cemented carbide, ensuring exceptional wear resistance and corrosion resistance under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.
