Gas-Solid-Liquid Mixed-Flow Pump

Solid-liquid mixed-transport pump, The pump casing and impeller incorporate an innovative design concept. The impeller rotates within the pump body, harnessing the internal tension of the medium to drive the fluid within the pump’s flow channels. This creates a vortex that generates kinetic energy. The majority of the medium bypasses the impeller, moving through the impeller-free chamber before being discharged through the pump outlet. This design enables the transportation of complex media or fluids containing impurities. Since most solid particles bypass the impeller, wear on the impeller is significantly reduced. The impeller boasts extended service life without performance degradation due to increased clearance from wear. A substantial clearance (30-90mm) exists between the impeller and the pump front cover, ensuring excellent non-clogging performance. The pump can handle solid particles approximately equal to the outlet diameter, structurally preventing impeller jamming caused by solids. Additionally, flow-through components like the impeller are resistant to scaling. Additionally, the pump exhibits strong suction capability and excellent cavitation resistance, enabling it to handle liquids with high gas content, as well as high-concentration and high-viscosity fluids. The shaft features a heavy-duty design for enhanced load-bearing capacity, ensuring smooth operation with superior reliability and stability.
Features:
