Gas-Liquid Mixed-Flow Multistage Pump
Gas-liquid multistage pumps typically feature self-priming capability and can transport gas-liquid mixtures with high gas content. They are currently primarily used in chemical processes involving the transfer of easily vaporized liquids and in petrochemical industries such as oil and gas extraction. In applications requiring extremely low flow rates for gas-liquid transfer, the advantages of side-channel pumps become even more pronounced.
Product Features
● Capable of generating high head at low flow rates
● Can operate with negative inlet pressure at flow rates, featuring extremely low NPSH
● Capable of handling liquids near boiling point (vapor pressure)
● Excels in challenging conditions where both vapor and liquid phases coexist during pumping (50% liquid-gas mixture)
e.g., pumping volatile liquids like light hydrocarbons, liquid ammonia, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG); also adept at pumping water and other liquid media entraining gas.
