The electric molten salt control valve is an industrial valve specifically designed for high-temperature, high-pressure molten salt media. It is widely used in solar thermal power generation, chemical processing, and energy storage applications. Equipped with an electric actuator, it enables precise flow and pressure control while offering excellent sealing performance and high-temperature resistance, ensuring reliable operation under extreme conditions.

The electric molten salt control valve is manufactured from high-temperature alloy steel. Its optimized valve body design incorporates a bellows and dual sealing system to effectively prevent molten salt leakage and crystallization. The valve stem and disc are constructed from specialized materials, ensuring long-term stable operation under high-temperature and high-pressure conditions while delivering high-precision regulation capabilities and low leakage rates.

Pressure: PN 1.0 to 16.0 MPa

The operating temperature range is -29°C to 575°C.

The valve body and primary components are constructed from high-temperature and corrosion-resistant alloy steels (such as CF8C, Inconel 625, etc.), while the seals utilize materials like mica and high-temperature packing. This ensures reliable sealing and extended service life in high-temperature environments.
