
(Double-Shell) High-Temperature, High-Pressure Oil-Slurry Pump
This series of pumps consists of horizontal single-stage petrochemical process pumps designed to API 610 standards. Featuring a high degree of standardization, basic components are interchangeable across different sizes within the series. With nearly 50 specifications and 9 sizes of universal bearing assemblies covering 4 pressure rating ranges, these pumps are widely applicable in various demanding industrial processes.
The pump features a dual-volute, dual-shell design with the outer shell bearing pressure while the inner shell provides wear resistance and can be replaced independently, reducing maintenance costs. The impellers are arranged back-to-back to balance axial forces, ensuring smooth operation. The inlet and outlet are vertically upward with an equal-pressure design to minimize thermal stress. Performance specifications include a flow range of 6–1600 m³/h, a head range of 70–295 m, and an operating temperature range of -45°C to 450°C.

The outer casing is constructed from high-strength stainless steel or forged steel, while the inner casing and flow-through components utilize high-chromium wear-resistant alloys (such as Cr30A). This combination ensures both wear resistance and corrosion resistance, guaranteeing long-term stable operation in high-temperature environments and media containing particulates.
