Desulfurization Circulation Pump

Our large desulfurization slurry pumps feature an efficient hydraulic design with wear-resistant liners at both ends, reducing operational and maintenance costs. Wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials such as A49, CR30A, 2605N, and duplex steel are available for flow-through components.

High Efficiency and Energy Savings: Utilizes an optimized hydraulic model to ensure high efficiency and low energy consumption.

Wear and corrosion resistance: Flow-through components are constructed from high-chromium wear-resistant alloys or ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene (UHMW-PE), offering exceptional wear resistance and corrosion resistance.

Structural Optimization:

Double-pump-shell structure: The front and rear pump shells split vertically down the center, facilitating maintenance and replacement of flow-through components.

Axial Adjustment Structure: The impeller can be easily adjusted to maintain clearance with the wear plate, ensuring efficient operation.

Pull-out design: The entire rotor assembly can be pulled out from the motor end for easy maintenance without disassembling the inlet and outlet pipelines.

Reliable sealing: Utilizes mechanical seals, packing seals, or auxiliary impeller shaft seals to ensure leak-free operation.

Low-noise operation: Ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene offers excellent impact energy absorption, resulting in low operational noise.

Wide range of applications: Capable of conveying corrosive media such as acids, alkalis, and salts, suitable for diverse operating conditions.

Widely used in desulfurization for power plant boilers, desulfurization for steel sintering and pelletizing, and desulfurization for chemical and smelting boilers.
