Products cover gasification, ash water, shift, purification, synthesis, sulfur recovery, and tank farm sections in coal chemical, coal liquefaction, coal-to-hydrogen, coal-to-methanol, coal-to-olefins, coal gasification, synthetic ammonia, and petrochemical plants. They are designed for high-temperature, high-pressure, low-cavitation, wear-resistant, and corrosion-resistant medium transportation.

Structural Features:

1. The imported guide wheel increases the inlet pressure of the first-stage impeller, which is primarily designed for high cavitation resistance. This combination enables the pump to achieve a cavitation specific speed (C) as high as 2000–2500.

2. The first-stage pressure chamber employs radial guide vanes, reducing axial dimensions.

3. The secondary impeller employs a high-efficiency hydraulic design to enhance pump efficiency.

4. The secondary pressure chamber employs a spiral volute design to further enhance efficiency.

5. The modular single-face mechanical seal, supplemented by the Plan32 flushing scheme, enhances the pump’s sealing reliability and service life.

6. The large-diameter rigid shaft structure enhances pump reliability and operational smoothness.
