Low-Temperature Methanol Transfer Pump
The cryogenic methanol transfer pump is a specialized pump designed in accordance with API 610 standards, primarily used for conveying flammable, explosive, and toxic media such as cryogenic methanol. The pump is designed for temperatures ranging from -70°C to 300°C and a pressure rating of 5.0 MPa. Featuring a compact structural design, it adopts a horizontal, multistage, double-ended-supported centrifugal pump configuration, ensuring excellent stability and reliability.
High Efficiency & Energy Savings: Optimized fluid dynamics design ensures stable flow and pressure while reducing energy consumption. Low-Temperature Resistance: Constructed with cryogenic-grade materials to guarantee reliable operation in sub-zero environments. Reliable Sealing: Features high-precision mechanical seals to effectively prevent methanol leakage and ensure operational safety.
Compact Structure: Modular design facilitates installation and maintenance.
High Corrosion Resistance: Flow-through components made of corrosion-resistant materials, suitable for transporting corrosive media.
Coal Chemical Industry: Used in low-temperature methanol scrubbing processes to transport lean methanol. Petrochemical Industry: Transports low-temperature methanol or other flammable and explosive low-temperature media. Gas Purification: Transports low-temperature methanol for scrubbing acidic gases during synthesis gas purification. Other Industrial Fields: Suitable for applications requiring the transportation of low-temperature, toxic, or flammable media.
