
Low-pressure coal slurry pump for conveying slurry with 65% solids content
A single-stage, single-suction, vertical cantilever centrifugal pump. Complies with API 610 11th Edition standard.
Structural Features:
The entire pump has no dead zones where liquid can accumulate. After shutdown, all liquid inside the pump can be completely drained, ensuring no solid residues remain in the pump chamber.
The impeller employs two-phase flow design technology, with back vanes installed on both the front and rear cover plates.
Replaceable wear plates are installed on both the upper and lower surfaces of the impeller.
Auxiliary dynamic seal for the auxiliary impeller + cartridge-type double-ended mechanical seal supplemented by Plan 32+54 flushing scheme;
An independent bearing housing, equipped with a pair of angular contact ball bearings at the top to withstand axial forces and a cylindrical roller bearing at the bottom to handle radial forces;
Large-diameter rigid shaft structure.
