High-Temperature, High-Pressure Solid-Liquid Mixed-Flow Wear-Resistant Pump (OH2)
This series of pumps consists of horizontal single-stage petrochemical process pumps designed to API 610 standards. Featuring a high degree of standardization, basic components are interchangeable across different sizes within the series. With nearly 50 sizes and 9 standard bearing configurations covering 4 pressure rating ranges, these pumps are widely applicable in various demanding industrial processes.
Structural Features:
1. Open impeller design, with corresponding pump casings and covers equipped with replaceable wear plates;
2. The pressure chamber employs radial guide vanes combined with a ring-shaped volute, resulting in more uniform stress distribution across pressure-bearing components.
3. The modular single-face mechanical seal, supplemented by the Plan32 flushing scheme, enhances the pump’s sealing reliability and service life.
4. The large-diameter rigid shaft structure enhances pump reliability and operational smoothness.
