
Alloy Wear-Resistant Pumps (OH1, OH2)
The SDP series wear-resistant pumps include multiple configurations such as the SDP-ZM front-opening slurry pump (with front and rear wear-resistant liners), SDP-ZJ single-volute slurry pump, GLZ double-volute slurry pump, and LJYA vertical slurry pump. Primarily used for conveying wear-resistant and corrosion-resistant materials in steel production, non-ferrous metallurgy, mining, coal chemical processing, petroleum, and petrochemical industries.

The pump body, impeller, and other flow-through components are constructed from high-performance alloy materials (such as 304, 316, 2205, etc.), providing effective resistance to corrosion and wear.

Materials include duplex stainless steels: 2205, CD4MCu, 2605N, 2507, etc.; Ni-hard alloys; high-chromium alloys Cr26, Cr28, Cr30; and non-metallic silicon carbide materials. These are suitable for conveying various neutral or corrosive media containing particles at ambient or elevated temperatures.
