The V-series evaporative forced circulation pump represents our company’s fifth-generation product, developed through years of accumulated expertise in production, maintenance, and application.
Its application scope has expanded beyond caustic soda evaporation to include: phosphate ammonium, phosphoric acid, vacuum salt production, alcohol, lactic acid, alumina, rutile titanium dioxide, calcium chloride, ammonium chloride, refrigerants, molten salts, polyvinyl chloride (PVC), and waste acid concentration. The evaporative forced circulation pump was developed based on input from engineering technicians specializing in evaporation design at professional design institutes.
Installation configurations include: ground-mounted fixed installation, suspended installation, and floating installation on the tank surface.
Capable of conveying various neutral or highly corrosive media containing solid particles. Primarily used in high-flow, low-head applications, it is particularly suitable for forced circulation systems in salt and alkali production.

Cast or welded from steel plate.

Flow range: 300 to 23,000 m³/h;
