The Evaporative Forced Circulation Pump is our company’s fifth-generation product, developed through years of accumulated experience in production, maintenance, and application. The SDP-JX V-series evaporative forced circulation pump was developed based on the input of engineering technicians from specialized design institutes with extensive experience in evaporation design. Installation configurations include: ground-mounted fixed installation, suspended installation, and floating installation on the tank surface. Sealing structure: auxiliary impeller + composite double-ended mechanical seal / composite double-ended mechanical seal / double packing seal.

Capable of conveying various neutral or highly corrosive media containing solid particles. Primarily used in high-flow, low-head applications, it is particularly suitable for forced circulation systems in salt and alkali production.
The application scope has expanded beyond caustic soda evaporation to include: ammonium phosphate, phosphoric acid, vacuum salt production, alcohol, lactic acid, alumina, rutile titanium dioxide, calcium chloride, ammonium chloride, refrigerants, molten salts, polyvinyl chloride, and waste acid concentration.
