Horizontal Segmented Multistage Pump (BB4)
This pump series features a modular design with interchangeable components. Standard configurations include various hydraulic, bearing, and seal arrangements, along with different materials. Maximum operating pressures are 18.0 MPa and 27.0 MPa respectively. Models designated with “Z” denote self-balancing multistage pumps, employing a back-to-back impeller arrangement that eliminates the traditional balance drum and balance disc design, making them more suitable for pumping particulate-laden media. Bearings can be self-lubricating or forced-lubrication types depending on power rating and rotational speed.

The pump body and flow-through components are constructed from high-strength steel or stainless steel, while the seals utilize high-quality mechanical seals.
